Port City Bass Anglers is a non-profit organization, that is involved in our community. We are a club of about 23 bass fishing members. We are in the process of enlisting business sponsors to help with our funding of the two events that we are involved with this year. The events are the following:

Kid's Fishing Festival

On July 21,2007, our club will be holding a fishing festival for kids. It will be held at Bynum Run Park in Bel Air, Maryland. It is a 5 acre stocked pond, that is handicap accessible. The kids fishing will be from 5 years old to 14 years old. There will be prizes given out to all contestants. Also, beside kids fishing, we will be holding a casting kids event. This event is where kids cast to a target. The winners of the different age groups move on to compete against other kids in other regions. In 2006, we had over 150 kids attend with about 100 guardians. In 2007, we are expecting 400+ kids, with 200+ guardians. We would like to give each kid a rod and reel combo to keep. We would like also to have food and drinks at the festival for everyone. Plus we need to have prizes to give out.

Port City's Annual Open Tournament

We hold this regional tournament every year. At the event, fishermen fish against other fishermen for cash prizes. We also give out a lot of door prizes. This tournament has been growing each year, and it is our main club fund raiser.

We are offering our business sponsors a package sponsorship. This will include both events. Our club will put your company logo, and a link to your web site, on our web site. We will display any banners that you supply us at the events. We will also promote your company at the events. After each event we will have pictures, and report of each event on our web site. We need your sponsorship to hold these events and we are looking forward to your company coming aboard. Help us make these events something special.....
